5.1.2024- The splash pad resurface was scheduled to be completed last month, however due to some damage to the concrete under the pad the concrete is requiring replacement. The removal should be completed tomorrow and then they will work on the installation of the new concrete. We will post when we have an ETA on the splash pad opening.
The community pool will be open from May 1st- September 30th.

An emergency that can be directed to this phone number includes flooding inside the amenity, day-of-rental issues such as access, loss of power, or loss of water, or a contaminated pool. Any other issues, including access card issues should be directed to our regular phone number.
This number should not be used during our normal office hours.
